In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency supported by the mbl77 Platform for all deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the mbl77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) active account on the mbl77 Platform at any given time. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts (whether in the same name, different names, or via different payment methods) constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus winnings contained therein.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly should any of it change. mbl77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Upon registration, you will be required to create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mbl77 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

The mbl77 Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in IDR. mbl77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed by or through the Platform.

Accepted deposit methods currently include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata, as well as Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. • Deposits are credited to your mbl77 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically within five (5) minutes for e-wallet transfers during normal operating hours.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mbl77 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until KYC has been satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after this time or on public holidays may require additional processing time.

mbl77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering requirements as stated in their individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games that contribute toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games typically contribute 10%, and sports bets typically contribute 100% subject to minimum odds conditions. mbl77's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their mbl77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mbl77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. mbl77 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, delayed bet acceptance, or game result disputes caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including force majeure events.

All content on the mbl77 Platform, including but not limited to the mbl77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of mbl77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mbl77.

mbl77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
